We provide personal training and workout buddies to meet your goals and needs.
Personal Training – We develop a plan to meet your goals and create different exercises and workouts for our clients
Workout Buddy – We workout along side you. This is less expensive then personal training, but ensures you get a great workout according to your fitness level. You decide on what you want to do, and we partner up with you.
Our fitness services are provided both inside and outdoors, and all year around – Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Our mission is to provide motivation, help you achieve your goals, and have fun in the process.
How it Works:
1. Free Initial Assessment – phone or in-person – We talk about your goals and current fitness level. We develop a plan-of-action.
2. Sign-up for Personal Training Package or Workout Buddy Package – Discuss how the training will work
3. Start the workouts
4. We tailor and improve your workouts along the way.
5. Have fun and get into shape
